The service here honestly really is shocking.. i used to eat here regularly but now that its previous management have left, the quality has seem to gone down. I ordered the chicken parma sub, the meat was cold inside, the bread was stale and falling apart and the staff who served me did not understand what i meant when i asked them if the chicken was freshly made or came in frozen! and when i asked for my vegetables to be evenly spread out they started whispering words under their breath towards me! By the time I got to eating my sub, the cucumbers were all soft and mushy and the capsicum still had dirt and seeds still on them. Really the resturant seems like it has such poor food hygeine practaises as they did not wash their hands after playing with their ipone and scratching their head. I definately will not be eating there again!
At a place like subway it would be safe to assume the chicken (if that what it actually is) would be pre frozen. Although i have no idea what time you visited this store, i tend to avoid subway or any take away/fast food outlets at off-peak times as quality of product (as well as service) will largely be lacking.... although i think you were being a bit precious about your salad being spread out correctly! In my opinion Subway is overpriced and pretty much anyone could whip up something ten times better at home.
