Subway

Had subway two days in a row first day was normal i was greeted upon when i entered and ordered a meat ball sub. It was nice of the staff telling me to get aN extra drink at the same cost,I had no concerns Just the pink fanta had bbq sauce on the button.



The Second day I wasnt greeted but it doesnt bother me. While i was ordering my chicken terriyaki sub i saw A staff member picking salads with bare hands, suddenly stopped and looked me And saw me put on an disgusted face and then quickly Walked inside Returned wearing gloves. And again i had cup to fill with pink fanta and it Also had bbq sauce on the button, makes me wonder has this Been cleaned?

Well its JULY 2013 and nothing has changed!!

I just got back from Subway marrickville and im over the lously service.

There was 2 staffs working there today and well customer service is non existent but i don't go there for a chat more for clean food alternative to oily or fried on mville rd



As one staff is serving me staff is also serving another customer at the same time. This service already turned me off dining@subway. As staff slices my bread open staff stops serving me then continues to finish of another order. This was not 5-10 secs it was more like 30-40secs

I travelled around Canada for a year living off subway, when i came back i worked for them, and now i am a customer i would expect to recieve the customer service that i gave when i worked for subway, My employer went to subway in marrickville rd marrickville, and purchased 10 feet of subway of various toppings, he was greeted my a lack lustre greeting and service, it is thought said that they couldn't cope with a order that big, so if you want a sub only go in with small orders, because i think that he maybe only wanted a quiet day. not good, not good at all
