APPALLING!!! I've been going to this subway for years now, but will never go back after a recent experience. Around 4pm on a Friday, I was served by a staff who was struggling to wrap up my footlong ham + teriyaki sub... Staff wasn't even trying to wrap it up properly & when it fell apart staff dumped it in a Subway salad bowl, and without so much as an apology told me I'd have to eat it like that!!! I pointed out it had to be Takeaway (I was heading straight home) but staff said there was no way staff could fix it. Staff said I shouldn't have requested all the salads! Staff refused to make another one. I told staff I'd been ordering the same sub for years and was the first staff member to not be able to wrap it up.... I won't be back after this.
