Well girls if you don't want to work there find another job seriously your attitude stinks. Maybe the owners could freshen up their stock bags if tomatoes and lettuce. Tastes and looks like been in fridge for 2 months. Word gets around Pac pines when food quality drops and customer service drops. Feeling it yet subway you were 100% better down near video store. Would rather drive to nerang for subway.
Tonight I visited your store and was served by Kirby. I was greeted by her saying "Who's next?" In a rude tone, which made me feel like a burden for simply ordering a sandwich . I have worked in the Hospitality Industry for 15 years so I know this is definitely not an acceptable way to greet a customer , I suggest next time she should at least try to speak in a polite tone of voice and say something like "Welcome to subway. What would you like to order ?" . While ordering my sub I noticed that things kept falling out - there was salad and pieces of tomato falling out . Which she didn't try to fix at all . It took a while to finish as she was a little slow. When she asked "what sauce do you want" I said to her , clearly "Chipotle Southwest, but only one line" . She had put over 3 lines of sauce on my sub . The reason why I choose to have little sauce is because I find it ruins the taste of the other ingredients . A sub that was soggy, the bread may have been cooked for about 10 min no flavour carrot was thickly cut, I felt like i was a rabbit. Since the new management there i have been very disappointed with your product and purchasing a sub every week it still doesn't get any better. Your store feels dirty and your smiles well what smiles i don't feel very welcome, just a bother. Time to make a change and deliver a product with a smile yeah??
