Was pretty disappointed with the 'Grand reopening' of my local subway.
First day I entered, the man behind the counter asked if I was after a sub today. I replied, well...yes, this is subway, right? He then tells me that the ovens are broken, so they have no bread and asks me to leave.
What is the point of remaining open during the dinner rush only to turn away customers with a brisk "We can't sell you our main menu item"??
I return a couple days later only to find that the bread is horrible stale, and that their toaster is now broken.
I've returned another three times and each time the toaster has been broken while the bread is stale.
The store may look nicer, but the service certainly hasn't improved.
