Brought a car from suds and on the way home it developed a small issue turns out it was just a sensor
Which can happen on any car at anytime
Contacted Paul at suds straight away and he worked with me to have it fixed at 100% his cost and was more concerned that I made the 400km trip home safely
Once home he continued his amazing service and was in contact with my mechanic to have this fixed
Thanks again Paul one very happy customer here
What was supposed to be a surprise car clean for my God Daughter resulted instead in disappointment and a car clean that lacked value for money.

Leaking oil, leaking coolant, brakes in need of machining, one dead head light, seat belts that don't retract properly, a red light on the fuel guage, a filthy exterior and no boot struts. I'm actually really gutted because I took these peeps at face value... I guess this is a lesson learned. People suck.

I test drove the car - it had a cracked windscreen and a few other obviously unroadworthy issues, which I mentioned to Paul. He confirmed he would fix these as part of the RWC included in the purchase. I then put down a deposit with signed papers from Paul, and confirmed pick a up date on the condition these items would be fixed for roadworthy. I contacted Paul several times during the week and recieved both verbal and written confirmation that all problems would be fixed, and I would pick up on agreed date. During all communication Paul was very vague. I then called him at 9am on the agreed date, before making the two hour trip from where I live to pick up the car. He confirmed ready to go & would see me in a few hours. ...read more
