Clients can be referred by GP's under mental health care plans, or attend completely privately. I have worked as an holistic, compassionate Social Worker and Family Counsellor in mental health services for over 20 years. I take a true psycho social stance, assisting people to better understand the relationships in their lives over time, and assisting them to challenge themselves to bring about change in these relationships and in other areas of their lives.
Life must be lived forward, but is often best understood backward, and its how we understand what has gone before, and how we have dealt with these things, that helps us move forward in our lives in a stronger, more satisfied state of being. We all want to be well and happy, free from illness and despair. Lets work together to do this.
