My family and I have used these guys for years and they NEVER disappoint and are very reasonably priced. We recently had flowers delivered for a funeral and the service was outstanding not to mention the beautiful (and very fresh) flowers that were sitting at the church entrance. We ordered a box of white roses, I just told the young lady over the phone roughly what colour box and ribbon I wanted and she used her flair to make it look lovely. By ordering the roses in a box, it meant that the family of the deceased could take them home and they would be fresh longer. As the funeral was a Saturday morning, the manager delivered them personally to the church for a very reasonable fee. I just paid over the phone with my credit card. I highly recommend this company and will continue to use them in the future.
Dreadful experience with this florist in Vermont South Shopping Centre who delivered my$80 order to the wrong address and a day later informed me of 'my' error! They then couldn't work out where the flowers were and I had to drive around to similar-sounding streets to try to find them! I eventually located them and had to battle with the manager who was extremely unreasonable to the point where I had to call centre management to get any satisfaction. I live locally but will NEVER buy flowers from them again.
