Sugarbean Cafe

Located on Hunter Street, this smallish cafe pumps out heaps of takeaways as the seating area is not that large.

Service is quick and nice which is perfect for when you want to grab something and go for lunch. I ordered the Sugarbean Chicken Burger which had nice pieces of grilled chicken topped with bacon, cheese, lettuce, and tomato. The buns were slightly dry but the sweet chilli and mayo helped with the moisture factor. Chips were yummy and very crunchy. The drink I got was a Mango Smoothie and it was very refreshing.

This is a really nice cafe. The atmosphere is cosy but the service is very friendly and professional. They have both breakfast and lunch offerings, with good coffee. I enjoyed a very nice sandwich today. They made me a turkey, cucumber, spinach, tomato and avocado on dark rye. It was beautiful - fresh ingredients, a generous serving and all made right in front of me, fantastic! This cafe is very near the corner of Elizabeth Street, so easy to find and not far from George, Pitt and Castlereagh if you have an office near here. Inside is a little dark, so you wouldn't have success if you wanted to red a lot, except on screen. Very nice, thanks.

Excellent food & excellent customer service. This cafe should invest in branching out, become bigger!
