I'm fussy about what I buy and what I put on my skin. I like things to be Australian, cruelty-free, honest, as natural as possible and gentle. Sukha is all those things. I haven't tried all of their products, but Phy-So-Em is something I can't live without. We call it 'magic cream' in our house and use it on my dermatitis, dry skin, my cracked heels, cuts, bruises, bites, you name it. It relieves pain and itchiness (I am a shocking scratcher if I am itchy) and promotes healing. It smells good, too. I also like their face products. I would recommend Sukha if you want gentle, effective skin products made by a family company.
My family have used Sukha skin care products for over 5 years, I would recommend the range to anyone, however the Ph-So-Em cream is the best for all insect bites, sunburn or any external skin irritations, I believe them when they say it's 'first aid' in a jar. Another miracle cream is their Smootha Heels, it healed my wife's cracked heels.
