Sulfaro Pasticceria Italiana

The food, mainly cakes of the Italian variety is yummy, it's just the service that can be a bit of a let down. It seems they have no first in, first served policy ....I definitely had people who looked like regulars being served before me, is it because I don't look Italian ? They think in not from the neighbourhood ? Perhaps it was just a bad day, who knows, perhaps they were short staffed. The food makes up for it though, very authentic.

Been here once before and this place is great. get take away pastries or the vanilla slice its the best ones you'll ever try

Terrible service - I would never return to the shop or recommend. The management was rude & staff unfriendly. Cakes not nearly as good as they were once before. totally disappointing experience.

Extremely disappointed with all products purchased this week and the so called Management did not care and told me I was wrong. I purchased 2 croissants for my family which in their opinion, were not only salty but lacked any taste. Having eaten croissants from other store just the previous week, these simply did not compare and seemed worse because they were so delicious.

As for the cannoli, the ricotta filling lacked taste and sweetness apart from being lumpy. I was told this can happen but I'm my 5 years of coming here, I had not experienced this before.

As a result of the poor food and rude management , my family and I will not frequent this establishment again!!!!!

Have been in several times for cakes for events/birthdays, service is always been great, and the food is to die for!...
