Summit Air Travel Agent manager is a big lier. I bought a ticket from him and paid the same day but he changed my booking to a different day without notifying me!
Please be aware and stay away of them!
Here is the story: I made a booking and paid for my ticket on the same dsy but I didn't receive my ticket. 3 weeks later I checked my booking online to print my ticket myself but I couldn't find my booking online. The website said "it doesn't exist" so I contacted the airline and by using my name they were able to find my ticket but my return was booked for 2 days later than my original request. It s regarding to summit travel agency ,we used to book our tickets with this agency before, today i called this number to get a quote for air fares and i ve been called from their personal number at 10:00pm on behalf of summit travel agency to sell their tickets wakings up my two young children and me ! very unprofessional, and annoying after they ve disturbed us at that time the rude guy just hanged up the phone and I thought it’s cut up accidentally so I called and he he just said i hanged it up because you said that you’re not buying tickets and did it again
That was the weirdest manner that I experienced

i would give a zero star but its not possible. in September 2013 I bought tickets thru this company to travel back home. I told them by email and a phone call to change the return leg for the stopover to be in Kuala Lumpur instead of singapore. they did not change that hence on the return leg I had to pay for new tickets to fly from Kuala Lumpur to Singapore. This was a pathetic. they accepted it was there fault, and apologized and said that they were going to make regular payment to pay me back. I have received one payment from them. now you are denying any more payments which is crazy. its January 2017 and still out of pocket $300 NZ. stay away from this company at all costs. espically a agent called Mina.:( I'm NZ but one day will visit Sydney.
This company has the worst customer service i have ever dealt with.. They run away from questions and problems. I have tried calling them countless times in regards to issues i had with payment and they avoid ALL my call and questions!! be very careful when dealing with these people
