Summit Collision Repairs

Highly recommend not using this place. Got qouted $900 and charged $1400 to fix rust and paint it. Runs in paint work, bits missed in the paint, over spray of primer on my canopy .. they left the outside of the car a mess and destroyed my brand new floor mats... very poor workmanship all round

Customer service was excellent and very friendly! They helped me arrange tow in of my car to the shop. My car looked brand new after they were done and they even fixed an existing scratch for no extra charge. Highly recommended!

Had my car here for 3 weeks to repair hail damage from 2014 storm. Then it had to go back for rectification work and these people had it for another 5 months. They completely are incapable of repairing a car. There was overspray over the entire vehicle, glue spilt in the car, they damaged my tint, even a new panel (the roof) had a huge dent in it. The paint job was so sad that it felt like sandpaper. Electronics were rewired poorly and they stuffed the seatbelts in the car. BTW I had no broken windows in my car from the hail damage, they just did not look after my car. There was white paint inside the car, overspray inside the car, panels were not placed correctly on the car and this is just some of the damage caused by these underqualified repairers. They must have smoked in my car as my car smelt like someone has been smoking in it and even has a cigarette burn in the drivers seat (I've never ever let anyone smoke in my car) which is beyond poor. From start to finish the worst job I have ever had done. From the main contact who every time he opened his mouth lied, to the reception staff who told me in not so many words that they could not care less about my car, to collecting the vehicle and finding damage to the headlights and overspray on the windows. I was going to return the vehicle to get them to fix up the faults but I think I am better off paying someone else as I am scared that they would cause more issues.

These guys are excellent! They really went above and beyond and even tidied up a few small marks on the car that were't part of the accident for no extra charge! They were fast, communicated well and did an excellent job - highly recommend.
