Massively dissatisfied. Totally unprofessional. Poor communication. Staff turnover. Poor workmanship.
They let us down in a big way. Very keen to take our money but didnt deliver!
Cabinets didn't line up. Doors scratched and repainted twice. Bench tops damaged and not aligned with over head cupboards in multiple areas.
Failed to show up on site many times when promised. Constant hold ups. Ignored us and didn't show one ounce of care. Limited communication with staff with a total lack of coordination.
Failed to accept any responsibility for constant mistakes, time delays and measurement error's everywhere.
A real disappointment. A truely awful experience. ZERO stars.

We went recently through a similar kitchen/laundry remodelling nightmare with Summit Kitchens. It appears ownership changed late 2020/early 2021, which was not disclosed to us. The staff from the old team under management of Ash and Lisa Spurrell have left.
Instead of dealing with professionals who deliver second to none workmanship, as advertised on the website, we were confronted with unprofessional business conduct by the new owner. Unfortunately, it was too late to pull out.
Similar to your experience, client liaison was poor, no onsite supervision, subcontracted trades were inadequately briefed, incorrect check-measures, many manufacturing and installment errors were made and like you pointed out, the owner never accepted any responsibility for his mistakes!!
We are yet to verify the registration of Summit Kitchens with the Victorian Building Authority!

We had a rough idea of what we wanted to achieve in our new kitchen. Ash made it happen. His design was far better than what we had invisiged.
The installers we friendly and thoughtful. They respected us and our home- taking shoes off and cleaning up after themselves.

I was looking for a cabinet maker who could reproduce an authentic, period style face framed kitchen, with bespoke decorative elements. Ash and his team did a fantastic job on our kitchen, from the design, production and installation. The design and finish was exactly as I had envisaged the kitchen, and the staff are all exceptionally nice people - they tolerated my last minute changes and ideas. These guys are fabulous. Ash was great with the design of our new kitchen and his team were polite and hard working. Ash was really helpful and understanding of our budget. Any issues were dealt with quickly and my husband and I were always informed of how things were going. We love our new kitchen and friends give us endless compliments.
I have been meaning to email you ever since the cupboards were installed.
I can't tell you how happy we are with the built in unit. It is perfect and looks as if it had always been there.
Ash was mindful of the bad experience we had been through with an alternate supplier and did everything possible to reassure me and keep me updated on progress throughout the whole process.
Richard & Josh were fantastic. I have never had anyone working in my home that was more professional, well mannered, communicative and "clean".
They treated the house and the family with absolute respect- even the barking pooches!!!
