As I renter I would not recommend at all. Very bad service, lack of care and promises that are not followed through. As a home owner, they do not maintain nor have high standards of review. Properties trashed and garbage strewn. Look somewhere else.
we do our best with any tenants and owners and some people just can not be pleased
some people find it hard to understand that rent must be one full week in advance and find fault to justify non payment
it must be easier to throw mud that admit any fault and out of the 60 rental properties we manage to have one unhappy person I am proud it is so low
better to let the unhappy people go and get good paying tenants

Caring in relation to both their tenants and the property they are renting out.
