I definitely recommend dealing with this real estate agent. Even in our buying situation, Allan Armitage was brilliant and didn't waste our time like other real estate agents did. Whats more he was polite, honest and friendly, and didn't have a typical 'salesman attitude'. He listened to us, answered all of our questions, and wasn't just 'seller orientated' simply trying to make a quick sale. I think this is a real rarity in a buyers situation. Would definitely deal with him again!
I can't say enough about Allan Armitage at Summit. It took us 6 months and about 100 viewings to find our beautiful house. Allan actually listened to us, communicated with us and only showed us houses that were suited to us. This was unlike every other agent we dealt with who just wanted to waste our time and show us everything on their list to try and get a sale. Alan showed us three houses and we put offers on two and still live in one after 4 years. If I was to sell, I would go to him, if i was to buy another, I would go to him. Pleasure to deal with you Allan.
