There was a special on the Hey You app so it pointed me in the direction of Sumo Salad in the MLC Centre. This particular outlet is branded Green Label. There is a variety of salads on offer and there is more than just with soup and coffees available too.
When I arrived my order was pretty much done and the service was friendly. I got a Grain Bowl - Lamb & Haloumi. It was quite a delicious bowl of salad topped with brown rice and quinoa. Hoped it had less spinach and more of the grains. Topped with tasty lamb and haloumi. Dressing was quite nice too.
Had a bit of a craving for a large salad involving beef today and I was really impressed with the app ordering experience and picking all ingredients to customize it. The salad itself was amazing. Didn't think something so filling could be ordered from Sumo (even added bacon ??)
This is by far the best Sumo Salad that I've ever been to. The fit out is so funky and cool and the food is actually delicious. I find other Sumo Salads a bit average and I don't find their salads balanced but this one is perfect. Their salads are scrumptuious and you have the option for them to cook the meat fresh. I would definitely recomment this Sumo Salad!
