Sumo Salad: Maribynong

Although I'm not big on food court/shopping centre salads, Sumo salad is an exception. The ingredients are very fresh and the grilled haloumi with beef is one of my favourites. The serving time is also very quick so it comes in handy if you are doing lots of errands/going to the shops in the morning. They do cold pressed juices and I like the green juice in particular. The service at this particularly outlet is exceptional and so I keep coming back.

Always a good healthy stop at sumo salad. Occasionally i feel like a salad to go with my roast chicken. I usually get take away serving from sumo salad. I find their variety in the different salads great, many options to pick from. I have never eaten in and have always take away. Service is quick as there is never a line or wait. Not sure salads are a favourite for every one thats why its never busy. Sometimes staff stand around but cant blame them if their is nothing to do. There is 2 sumo salad in highpoint and i usually go to this one because it is less busy. I like their pasta salad or potato salad. If it is for myself i get a small just under $5 but if for 2 people i get a regular for just under $10. Perfect size serving as you don't want to be eating too much salad.
