Amy is an incredible yoga instructor who makes the practice each week engaging, challenging and relaxing all at once. I have been to many yoga classes and this is by far the best I have ever been to. I look forward each week to my yoga practice. Amy takes the time to get to know her students and makes the effort to ensure they practice to their own level.



I would highly recommend Sun Moon Yoga for anyone wanting to nourish their body and mind after a long week of work, and make friends in the process as well.
