Suncorp Bank

Very slow service. Queue is always backed to the door. No privacy in transactions area. I have actually just opened an account at another institution due to the poor service received continually. This decision was made after hearing of how poorly an older lady was treated when she brought in her coins to place in her account. Staff were rude as they had to count it manually (it was bagged/marked correctly already). Staff member had to sit & have a coffee brought to her. I never questioned this had happened, as my own dealings have been less than pleasant on many occasions.
