We had our homeloan with Suncorp Burleigh for 4 years. We attempted to refinance through Suncorp Burleigh and it was a disaster. I would not reccomend anyone to finance their home loan through Suncorp. The process was dragged out unnecessarily for weeks, phone calls and emails were unanswered and it was a very stressful process. We refinanced easily with another bank in a short amount of time. Suncorp came back to us about a month after we had already been approved by another bank offering us the loan. Suncorp only had to do an internal refinance which should have been quicker whereas the other bank did a full new loan application for us and still got it through in a couple of days. Again the whole process with the Suncorp Loan department Burleigh was a shambles.
On the odd occasion that I do need a Suncorp bank branch, Stocklands is my local and the staff are lovely. It's great that the ATM is conveniently located outside the Centre (and right by The Coffee Club) and you don't need to head inside for the branch.

I do like this Suncorp bank located on the outside of Stocklands Shopping Centre, Burleigh. For the rare times I do have to go to the bank, I've always found the staff friendly & happy. Most banking everyone does online these days, but the staff here make visiting the bank a pleasant experience. The manager here is lovely too. She waved 4 overdrawn fees ($160!) I had on an old style account, and got the girls to update the account to one with better interest & fewer fees. Yay. Happy customer! :D
