The new location is a bit of a walk away from the shopping centre. However, there is loads of parking and very easy access into the branch.
We have had numerous good experiences here, not just with banking but opening new accounts, changing accounts and name changes. We had a "new experience" for the lady in charge of accounts. There were a few discrepancies with regard to information but she was exceptional at explaining the situation. She even made phone calls to a number of people higher up, to find out the correct information. She could have easily said "this is too hard", but she went over and above and definitely did not make us feel as though we were an inconvenience.
