I bought tv sony baravia from good guys after three months tv start playing up i ring store essendon good guys dfo guys said to me is nothing to do with any more is up to sony to fix the proplem tv have still nine month warrenty good guys only cover for first 14 day i tell them is bull*** i never buys from good guys again that how they treat there loyal custmors i tell all my friends to warning about good guys dont buys from them they rude.

Bad service, understaffed. Fail - I walked out.

They are the rudest bunch of people that I have ever dealt with in my years of purchasing electrical appliances. Read on their website that they would price match advertised price by a physical store, so went there to ask for the price of a washer. After being given an uncompetitive price, I politely told them that another store is selling it for said price. The very rude assistant basically just told me to get out and buy it from the other store if I so please. I soldiered on. While paying, I used a gift card and was told their system had shut down (really?) and they demanded I pay by cash. I insisted, as I already had the gift cards but they rudely said they will not be processing my order in that case. Never have I experienced such bad service ever as a consumer. This is not my first bad experience with them, I have been there previously but did not go through with the purchase as they were uninterested to assist with my queries. I recently bought a dryer from this store and specifically mentioned that it had to be wall-mounted and enquired if they could do that upon delivery. They assured me that was no problem, which turned out not to be true - the guys who delivered the dryer wouldn't do it and just left the dryer there on the floor.



I called the store up re. this and the staff were extremely unhelpful and rude. I had to spend time looking around for a handyman to wall-mount the dryer for me and it cost me $100.



Some honesty would have been appreciated from 'The Good Guys'. If they just told me they couldn't do the installation in the beginning when I asked, I would have been better prepared or I could have just gone elsewhere.



Very, very, very disappointed with their after-service.

I find it easy to park here. It is a large store where products are set out neatly and in a logical shopping order. Staff will match prices and are very helpful in explaining new technology. I would suggest people come to this Good Guy Store above others because the staff are not as competitive and more ready to satisfy you as a customer which is ultimately what keeps the customer coming back. They match prices to keep you their customer and do it without drama. I enjoy sales staff which are not pushy and tidy stores.
