Sundowner Rockbank Caravan Park

I have stayed at this park 4 or 5 times and will stay there many more times, the staff were very helpful and the amenities are up to standard, it has a pool and is close to Melton and Melbourne and the tariff is quite reasonable. I can't understand why some people complain.

Terrible is all I can say! Management staff were un welcoming and rude. They did not supply towels or linen. Beds weren't made because of this. Fold out couch we slept on was dirty & I can't say much for the rest of the cabin. Very over priced for what you get. I would never stay here again. I don't recommend !

Worst place I have ever stayed in. my children couldn't walk the park because people complained about them being there. Its a non family park, the management is worse. We were there for 4 days and never did I get fresh towels and my children felt like it was prison because they didn't like the children about. I do not recommend this park to families. I recommend it to homeless people because the staff are absolutely rude and disrespectful. My review is true and correct and only a warning.

I would have loved to have been able to recommend this park. We were told it was a certain price for a long stay, and when we came to officially book it and put down a deposit, they had almost DOUBLED (!!!!!) the amount they wanted for it. The same person who had told me a much lower price, stood there and looked me dead in the eye saying that they never said it was less... It's a shame because they missed out on a LOT of business with our family. I guess they don't need customers.
