Sunny Mums Body Boost

Aimee is great! I was a little apprehensive to start with a personal trainer at first, thinking cost and lack of ability would hold me back...but when the first session was free I figured I had nothing to lose - just try it. It was great- Aimee's wonderful, caring approach really made me feel comfortable and at $10/session (when you pay for 10 sessions), I was hooked! I had some abdominal tearing after my pregnancy so was concerned, but Aimee was able to provide exercises that didn't aggravate my injury and didn't make me feel like a leper because I couldn't do something. The other mums in the session were so friendly and having the bubs with us is great. My 7 month old loves the exercises where he get a kiss with each lunge or push up and enjoys the warm-up walks in the pram...so do I (especially when he falls asleep!)
