My family and I (6 people) booked a Sunrover tour to Moreton Island. It was a disaster. We spent over 1500 AU$ and nothing was as predicted on the advert. The guide was never friendly and was never talking to us.
At night he left the camp site, we didn't know where he was and in case of problem we didn't have anyone to call for emergency.
We didn't see all the places we were supposed to visit and the food was enough but never what it was advertised.
Someone even gave me non drinking water to drink, before i realized that this water needed to be boiled to be drank.
