Relationship/Marriage Counselling
The aim of relationship counselling is to help individuals and partners who are stuck in patterns of conflict to finds ways of communicating with each other, to decide how to solve their problems and to achieve their goals.

Domestic Violence
Survivors of domestic violence struggle with self-esteem, abandonment, fear and post-traumatic stress that can impact every area of their lives. Therapy allows these clients to gain a healthy perspective on the trauma, thus decreasing the negative symptoms associated with it.

Grief and Loss
Grief counselling becomes necessary when a person is so disabled by their grief, overwhelmed by loss to the extent that their normal coping processes are disabled or shut down. Grief counselling facilitates expression of emotion and thought about the loss, including sadness, anxiety, anger, loneliness, guilt, relief, isolation, confusion, or numbness.

Depression
Depression is one of the most common mental health conditions and can have a wide range of symptoms, some of which are Loss of interest or pleasure in activities; Low energy; Sleep disturbance; Appetite or weight change; Poor concentration; Persistent negative thoughts; Feelings of guilt or worthlessness; Thoughts of suicide or death. Cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) assists with modifying thoughts, behaviours and feelings.

Youth Counselling
Key areas of therapy include; Withdrawn behaviour; episodes of sadness, constant worry, depression or anxious behaviour; anger management; temper tantrums or other aggressive behaviour; developmental issues such as delay in speech, language; Feelings of responsibility for separation or divorce; learning and attention problems such as dyslexia or (ADHD).
