Sunshine Ford

Sunshine ford misdiagnosed my 4wd issue and told me to take to an auto electrician. He diagnosed in 10 minutes what they told me took 1.3 hours and said fault was in another area. When I told them they made a mistake they didn’t seem to care. I will never go back to sunshine ford.

Bought a used Corolla.Simon was more than a Salesman.He was honest and very friendly and I could tell he was genuine.I was treated like a person and not just another Customer.Usually i put Used Car Salespeople up there with Lawyers and Real Estate Agents but Simon went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and valued.Would have no 2nd thoughts about buying from them again.Thank you

Just thought I might share this. About 3 years ago I took my Ford Escape for a recall on the throttle system. I asked the service guy at Sunshine Ford to look at the brakes as well as the pedal had gone to floor on occasion. I was told both rear wheel cylinders were leaking brake fluid and needed replacing. I ordered them and went to fit them myself and found both of them to be in great condition with no leaks. Blah blah blah. So my Ford Mondeo needed a new timing belt about 10000km ago. Can't do it myself as I don't have the tools or facilities to do it. As Sunshine Ford Southport is the only place locally with the special tool to do the job, I thought I'd give them a second chance. New service people etc.Told them my bad story and 4 weeks later they had the parts and gave me a loan car. One particlar service co ordinator needs more customer service training. They managed to be evasive and patronising and dismissive all at once - remarkable for someone in their early twenties.
I started the day happy and in a good mood, Sunshine Ford managed to end my day indignant, angry and wishing they could unservice my car so I could demand my money back.
Terrible experience - Dont service your car here- Unless you are happy to fork out top hourly rates and get treated like dirt.

Not a great experience with this used car dealer who somehow scratched and dented the car before they handed the car over and then tried to say it was dented when I inspected and agreed to buy it the day before.

Although it was just a small scratch and dent, the fact they denied it then tried to make out I'd just not seen it was insulting.

I will never buy from them again and will never recommend them to anyone
