Very unprofessional and unreliable. They agreed to move my gear from the South Coast to Brisbane at a competitive price, I told them I would use them, and then they just stopped answering my e mails. I only had a small amount of gear so I can only assume they found someone with more as they never replied again, just disappeared off the face off the earth. There is one other review on true local by Novatechit where they went even further and didn't even bother to show up on the agreed date. Is this what you want to happen? If you want peace of mind, communication, professionalism and reliability don't use them. If you are desperate for a cheap deal ok, but beware, the consequences may not be worth it.

I booked my move with them 1 week in advance, however on a booked date nobody came. Moreover, nobody answered phone calls. Left several message on their answer system but nobody bothered to call back and explain.
