Had to wait on hold twice for 10 mins each time approx. when calling to check on a question prior to my appointment. Then when I arrived I had to wait 40 minutes past my appointment time. The tech was a very nice man but the High tech equipment that was used 18 months ago was not available and only a hand held magnifier instead.
I probably wont be returning.
No apology from practice manager for someone cancelling my appt & not notifying me, just a suggestion that she will check through the emails/texts implying that I am at fault. Less than impressed since I have a serious history & my regular appointments/checks are extrememly important. A sorry would have sufficed practice manager!
Very expensive as I am on a pension and they still require hundreds,,, it is important to get checked but very hard if you are not rich! I rang a helpline and was told of free clinics in the city or just to see a GP, there are great GP's around here so hopefully they can help me. But if I had the funds I would def visit this place.
Not hundreds chichi, and there is a rebate from medicare. Our aim is to provide the worlds best primary care skin cancer service. We check over all of the skin and can photographically document spots. We can also fix up the bad ones. We try and make it as complete a 'one stop shop' as we can.
