We just recently got married ( my husband & I ) 14/04/12 we cannot possibly say enough comments about how " FANTASTIC " Sunstate was to deal with. Their service, attention to detail, staff, chauffeurs, & stunning Phantom Chrysler are simply one of a kind. I used my C/Card for the limousine booking, and was charges 5% - so what because when I was calling around for prices, I WAS TOLD IT WAS 10% so there you go, there are two sides to every story. THANK YOU again SUNSTATE our wedding would have not been what it was without you or the beautiful Phantom Chrysler's. We could have not been any happier with anyone else, need less to say no other limousine company has the Chrysler 300c's like this company does. THANK YOU and all the very best in the future. I booked roughly a month ago for a limo for my wedding, the staff who took my phone call asked me to leave a $400 deposit before seeing the car. They told me they wanted me to have the special running for that month. They told me that I could have a full refund if I didn't want the car as I had booked without seeing it. After giving my credit card details I was informed there would be "a couple of dollars" card fee. This turned out to be $19.50, 5% extra, anyone who has a credit card knows the fee is maximum 2% usually. They promised to call within 2 days so they could tell me where I could check out the car. It's now been 4 weeks, still haven't seen the car, rang to get the refund I was promised and was told that they never told me that. My credit card has now been cancelled and this is being rectified by my bank.

When using a limousine service for a wedding, night out, formal or an airport transfer you expect 5 star service and top quality. I have used several companies on the Gold Coast and only 1 has given me the 5 star experience. Sunstate Cars and Limousines. You will not find a better limousine company anywhere! The cars, the service and the staff are absolutely top quality. Do Not look anywhere else!

I have used other limo companies up till now. This company has the best limos, and friendly to go with it, and certainly not like other limo companies. ALL LIMO COMPANIES need to L@@K @ this fantastic company and learn from them. THANKS SUNSTATE - YOU ARE GREAT.. - Woodie
