Supa IGA

This is my favourite Inner West supermarket. Well laid out. Great fresh produce. Deli is excellent - try their BBQ chook! They have a good balance between boutique and everyday products, and an excellent selection of imported cheese. Open late and on nearly every public holiday too.

I really like this supermarket. It is great for getting things that aren't available at the smaller local stores. This place is huge (it almost reminds of the supermarkets you see in America). There is a large variety of products here. It is also very tidy and organised. There are always tagged sale items here too.

I would say the only downfall is that there is no self-check out (i personally prefer to check-out myself as i find it to be faster than waiting in a queue and have someone else swipe through my items). However, this is not enough of a deterrent to keep me away from this store.

Nice place for a quick grocery shopping

I love the variety that this Supa IGA offers. A well designed open plan layout with many different sections including a bakery, fresh fruit & vegetables, well stocked delicatessen, meat section & poultry and of course well stocked aisles of groceries. The prices are a little higher than your bigger chains but the weekly specials are enticing and knowing they are for the independent grocers is a good thing. Fresh products, great variety of items, friendly service and convenient location if you are a local to the Pyrmont area
