Have been trying to contact them for over a week, they have my son's laptop. Told me it would be 1-2 weeks. it's now been 3 weeks. The Ballarat shop where I dropped the laptop off is now closed, and all the phone numbers I have been able to find, don't answer. I have rang so many times this week, left 4 emails, and still no response.... absolutely the very worst people I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. If you read this Mike, you know who I am so call me .....
Hi Kerry, I've tried everything too. No response. I contacted consumer affairs, they can't help, they've gone into liquidation. absolutely appalling state of affairs. They're basically thieves. I'm down 350 bucks and Dow now my 3000 dollar laptop. You'll need to get into contact with Worrels accountants and insolvency agency, ask for Amani, she's running the paperwork I think. Half the mind to take them to court, but if they're broke what are we meant to do?
