I have been a regular customer for a few years now.
Ordered a printhead that apparently the courier lost. Wouldn't have known if i didn't contact them and chase it up.
When I was asking when I would get another one I was brushed off with 'if you're not happy we can give you a refund and you can buy it elsewhere' and when I asked if they could call someone to confirm my delivery I was treated as though I wa just being a nuisance.
No call after delivery (8 business days late) to see if everything had been delivered, and that I was happy.

Looking for great service and extensive computer knowledge. Look no further than the computer shop. great product range at reasonable prices. well worth it
