we were not told about the return policy when purchasing 8 boxes of tiles...then when we had too many tiles left over after our renovationn (2 unopened boxes) we went to return the unused tiles and was refused a refund! They should explain when items are not returnable...this is a very sneaky practice and i am very unhappy with them...Stay away...do not buy from them. unless you know exactly how many tiles you need, dont bother buying from them as you will be stuck with the excess.
This is not a true statement about Superb Tiles Springvale. Superb Tiles do take returns but only if the returned items are a current batch. Therefore, they only told partial parts of the story. We were very happy with their service and recommend any of my friends to purchase from this store if they are building or renovating.
