Supercheap Auto

Staff did not greet us upon entry to the store. We were in the market for speakers so went to the soundboard. Waited 15min for assistance. No one helped. I had to ask for help. The staff member didnt know how to use soundboard. Staff didnt bother going to get anyone who did. Staff said we needed a cd or to connect to a head unit. Luckily I knew how to use blue tooth and find the head deck to connect to and then proceeded to try out speakers. Then picked some and took to counter. After expressing our disappointment with the service staff refused to do use a better price (as I work in retail I know there is always an option to reduce the price to please the customer). This experience has poorly effected my opinion of super cheap and I will no longer be shopping with super cheap nor will I be recommending the services to anyone.
