The store, physically is great, the staff are hit and miss. The lady up the front at the counter was helpful and directed me to the rear service counter where I waited for a good while before an employee walked past, keeping his eyes averted so as not to have to assist me, when I eventually flagged down a staff member, I was sent to the incorrect aisle, before giving up... I'll take my business elsewhere, thank you

Supercheap Auto in dandenong is an ok place to purchase tool and accessories needed for your car. i have found that they dont keep many parts in stock but they are always happy to order them in for you. great staff and very friendly
