I found the staff of very little help. The guy I gave a code number for a can of touch up paint told me I didn't have enough numbers as the code had only 2 letters. Rechecked under the bonnet of the car and again online when at home and there are just 2 letters. The girl at the counter redirected me to a computer near the paint and told me she would send a guy to help look up what we needed. The store was almost empty but after waiting 10 minutes for someone to come I left. Very poor service!
Very friendly customer service and a great crew of young and passionate people run the store. SuperCheap Auto can count themselves as one of the Northern Gold Coast's best in spare parts and auto products as their Labrador and Oxenford stores continue to win customers. Labrador has a used motor oil receyling bin that is handy. They have plenty of parking in their complex shared with other businesses. Don't take your car into a service station for simple oil changes and filter changes or light bulb changes! Just think SuperCheap! #reviewtowin
I certainly couldn't disagree more. I found the staff very unhelpful. When asked for help in locating a paint touch up colour for my car was told we needed a code number which we gave him but was told there should have been more numbers - all there was is 2 letters. Asked the young woman at the counter to look it up on the computer for us to which she redirected me to a computer near the paint dept and was told to wait for someone to come and look it up. After waiting for 10 mins ( there wasn't many customers in the store) I left
