Poor service. Rude. Unhelpful and down right nasty. Avoid this store.

Shopping on a budget can be a problem. Not here! Range is great - and this includes some very bargain goods like $2 chamois through to high end equipment like mags and stereos. No problem in browsing through, it's a big store so there's no-one looking over your shoulder - though to be honest this could be the problem as there's not a lot of staff for such a big store. Only a couple of small checkouts too - but when I looked for staff to help with an advertised item they were more than happy to help.

Terrible customer service, in fact no customer service. The manager Tracy is extremely rude and I certainly would not recommend shopping here.

I wish i could live at Supercheap auto. great products everywhere instore and great prices all round. best automotive store to shop at. 2 thumbs up.
