Went in for new windscreen wipers, staff member offered to fit them for free which was great. As i had some things to do i left car with them and returned in 1 hour. When i tried wipers i noticed a streak on my windscreen, on close inspection i found there was a small piece of rubber missing from one wiper. I returned to store a few days later where they asked me who had fitted the wipers, i could not remember the persons name which they seemed to think meant they did not have to help me any more. One guy suggested i should have bought a more expensive product. In summary i think these people have no idea about rectifying customer problems caused by their staff, they did not even take my phone number to follow up suggesting to me that i was a bother to them.
