I have been here a few times recently now and the staff have not been helpful at all. If I need to go to a Supercheap Auto, I will make sure I will go to another branch. One visit I was looking at brake fluid and asked the guy where the 4L bottle would be and he said they don’t stock it. I responded with your website has it and he replied “well go online and buy it then”. Your products are great it’s just your staff that have let me down on multiple visits.
Average service, depending on particular staff.
VERY poor management.
Disappointed i was told by a staff member that they could not help me fit my purchased windscreen wipers.
I was given a range of excuses. Their attitude was rude, even after i waited at the counter for them to finish talking to another staff member for 10 minutes. Was not even acknowledged.
Will not be going back to Wetherill Park store,
