supercuts manager at oxenford abbey is so rude , my mother left her salon in tears .she is nothing but a bully to her customers ,and abby the manager who worked on my mothers hair simply did not care .GOOD LUCK chuckey dolls with her .

Never going back. I'd get a better cut by handing my 2 year old granddughter the scissors and letting her go for it.

Never would I recommend this salon. The manager cut my daughters hair. The worst hair cut I have ever seen. She denied cutting it after I showed pictures of it. I then get told by the Regional Manager that hairdressers have bad days and she could have been distracted!
I think Abbey needs to go back to school to learn how to cut hair properly and get her eyes checked!

What a lovely, friendly convenient salon! Dannielle cut my hair beautifully and I am thrilled with the result! I'll definitely be going back :)

Manager didnt listen to what my daughter wanted, cut her hair far shorter than she wanted it, layered it when she asked them not to. And now it has dried it looks like someone has cut random chunks out of her hair with a pair of sheep shears. And when we complained the next day, was accused of going to another hairdressor afterwards. Manager was rude.
