This place has the worst customer service iv ever seen. Me and my partner arrived for our two o'clock appointment on Thursday and was told we didn't have an appointment until tomorrow. When I asked how this happened I was told "you booked on Monday how can I remember!" We both had days off sick from work for this. I can't believe the lack of professionalism .
