Superscan

Terrible reception staff! I was told my scan would be ready at a 2pm , came in half an hr later just to be sure I get my scan... came in and was told by the unfriendly staff that it's not ready until another 25 mins. After 25mins was told it was still not ready, with no notice of how long I have to wait - Sat for 1 hr without anyone reassuring if I was able to get my scan on the day. Staff needs to be trained on customer service. Left annoyed and angry!

Not worth any stars. I booked for an appointment on a Thursday. I show up on the day and they said Im booked in on Friday. Asked the staff and they merely replied 'how can I remember? You booked it on Monday. Then yelled out next! Me and my partner both had days off sick to be here and drove an hour away. they are not only incompetent, they did not even acknowledge their mistake. As a reception staff, taking down THE CORRECT date for an appointment is a basic skill, something they don't have. Thursday sounds nothing like Friday
