I am not usually someone who complains about services but felt that in this case I would make an exception. I hired this service to move a two bedroom unit from Ferntree Gully to Lysterfield on Saturday 16th June, 2012. The two removalists arrived 1.5 hrs late with no phone call to advise of same. On arriving one of the removalists asked if we would be able to help them with moving items into the truck. This is not an experience I have had before! My friend and I moved every box down to the truck, as well as small items that we were able to lift. . They frequently took phone calls and were incredibly slow, often sauntering down the drive. While we were standing at the back of the truck watching them load my belongings, they asked us to move away - not because we were obstructing their activity but because they didn't want us to pressure them by watching them! Terrible service. Without a doubt the poorest removalists I've come across. Not only were they slow, they could not understand some basic instructions. They would take little smoko breaks. We had to help them because they were going to slowly and it was going to take way too long. One of they staff was getting annoyed because had to carry heavy stuff. What the?! I would not recommend this company, ever. Use them at your own risk.

To say they are hopless is an understatement they promise you they can move your house and are fully insured but this is not the case at all!!!!
They rocked up three hours late and promised a phone call before they would get there I was constantly phoning them.
They left half the furniture in the house which I then had to remove myself.
They then damaged carpets in my new house and refused to repair and said will keep our stuff if we did not pay.
The management at this company are rude and ignore phone calls, from whats meant to be a fun day turns quickly into a nightmare using this company.
My advise do not use this company!!!!!
Initially I was impressed with the service. the guys who did the move were friendly and efficient BUT WHEN IT CAME TO REIMBURSING AN ITEM THAT THEY BROKE THE OWNER OF THE BUSINESS WAS RUDE AND UNHELPFUL, AVOIDING MY CALLS. Eventually after numerous phone calls he finally refunded partial amount. I am furious as it was only a new chair and he would only refund $100 of the $139. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE.
