If I could give it 0 I would. I cannot comment on their mechanical ability as their initial customer service was so horrendous I didn't book my car in. Although it is 2014 apparently we are still stupid enough to be scoffed at for asking for a quote, the worker who served me was rude literally from the "hello" which if the worker's face was to go by actually meant "what the f**k do you want". I walked away feeling like a stupid child, atrocious customer service, avoid at all costs. Awful Awful Awful.
New Management has taken over at the end of 2018, please give the new manager and his team a fresh start.
The management was rather rude when I informed them I was unable to make a service. I tried to re-book and was asked if I would actually be there and that they would not book me in until closer to the date. The first and last time I will deal with them. No recommendations here.

Had my tires replaced, but they didn't think it was a good idea to let me know the tires I provided would actually put the speedometer out if placed on the car, and that they are unable to calibrate it.
So after paying for this service my car was yellow-stickered for being 'unroadworthy' due to the lack of information I was given regarding the above.
Not very friendly when this was brought up with them, said it wasn't their problem as I had asked them to do it. Of course had someone bothered to mention the car may be deemed unroadworthy as the speedo could not be properly calibrated I would not have paid to have the tires replaced and would not have driven my car out thinking everything was fine.
Poor customer service, I will not be back and I would not recommend to anyone.
