Unprofessional Strata Management. Our strata scheme is not being properly managed even with assistance from Supreme Strata. I originally engaged Supreme Strata to manage our dysfunctional strata scheme because our owners corporation keeps neglecting common property repairs and affecting my lot. Supreme Strata thinks poor workmanship will not affect the value of a property. They do not even know it is the owners corporation duty to repair and maintain common property. We have ongoing administrative fund deficits, increase strata levies, special levies, and increased insurance premiums due to our owners corporation poor decisions. Our strata managers past and present managers don't always reply to emails and get issues resolved.
