Safeguard Fencing has a great product range and it's reasonably priced too. It was always quite worrying when I wasn't sure where the dogs were, but Safeguard has eliminated the problem, while allowing them to have plenty of room to run around.
Beware. Seller does not clearly notify you that items are illegal in certain states. Then on refund of item that was not even removed from the box. Was posted back as soon as it was received. They charge $30 for THEIR inconvenience. Then when I sent emails they didn't reply. Poor business ethics. Very disappointed!
Sureguard have one item not suitable for South Australia. Although prominently displayed the customer appears not to have pressed the hyperlink to read details. We will review this issue in our next website upgrade. Also, this customer has now received a refund of the Administration fee.
I can't agree with the "beware"; I think it is a little strong but understandable under the circumstances. Other customers have chosen to leave feedback on our Customer Service on our website. Their are currently 811 comments about our Customer Service and the average rating is 4.9 out of 5. Sureguard do try hard to please.

Dear Folk at Sureguard, We have had the Sureguard perimter fence radio collar system now in faultless operation for 10 months and are very happy with the systems performance. When we purchased the system we only had two (2)dogs, namely a Beagle and a Dalmation. They learnt how to live with the system very quickly! We believe it is the single most effective accessory we have purchased for our dogs and it has made us rest a lot easier as we are not worrying where the dogs are. We have recently purchased another dog, namely a 6 month old Minature Poodle, and would like to fit her with a collar too!
We have spent hundreds of dollars on pot plants that were eventually destroyed by our two pet labs and since purchasing your product our gardens have never looked so neat and tidy... I have recommended your product to one of our friends... I truly believe in your product!
