Surf and Sun Australian Adventure only sends out a confirmation number without an itinerary, sales receipt or terms of agreement. If you have to cancel for any reason the company charges a 25% fee regardless of how far in advance you inform them. This can only be found on the website or if you specifically ask otherwise they hide the information to make sure they profit. I would NOT recommend this company and would look into many of the other options in the area with similar trips
