Surf Cafe

Extremely poor customer service and disgusting way to treat an elderly man who happened to be using an oxygen generator and wanting to come to your cafe for a coffee. To scream at the family to get him out of there as it was "bad for business" is disgusting.

Waldo lunch on Wednesday, Terrigal, ok midday we'll be there.

Upon arrival we choose the surf caf at the surf club, Yes it's raining but the sound of the waves is nice. The menu was enticing.
Menu says Lunch meals available 1100 - 1400 (approx.) so party of five gets cosy when out comes the help to tell us "we're doing coffee and cake, we're just doing coffee and cake... just coffee and cake.... we've closed the kitchen due to the weather?"

Seated was a party of one, a party of six and a party of two had just departed.
Over 40years in Terrigal I've eaten at the surf caf twice, there will be NO third time EVER.

Note to owner.. Business acumen doesn't cost a cent; lack of can cost plenty.
